Pricing questions

By the size of your practice. Professional plans are banded by PAN count; corporate plans by active matter volume. Each of the three products is priced separately, and taking all three earns a bundle discount.

Because the right number depends on your band, which products you take and how much migration is involved. A 30-minute demo is enough for us to size it properly and quote on the call — no drawn-out procurement.

Quarterly — the monthly rate invoiced three months at a time, on a 12-month term. GST at 18% applies on top. Notice Management is billed annually.

Yes. Each product is a superset of the one before it, so moving up switches features on — nothing is migrated, re-imported or set up twice. See the feature matrix.

A one-time fee covering setup, client and data migration, template and letterhead configuration, and team training. It is quoted by tier and can be discounted on larger commitments.

Nothing automatic — no card is collected during the trial, so we never auto-charge you. If you decide to continue, we raise the first quarterly invoice against your agreed band.
