About us

We started with the notice, on purpose

There is no shortage of software for Indian accounting firms. There is very little built around the thing that actually causes the panic at 9pm on a Friday.

The problem we picked

A notice is not a to-do item

Most practice software starts from the firm’s calendar and treats a tax notice as one more row on a task list. That is the wrong shape for the problem.

It arrives where you are not

Notices go to the client’s registered email, not the practitioner’s. By the time it is forwarded, a third of the reply window is already gone.

It carries a statutory clock

A task can slip a day. A 143(1) cannot. The consequence is a crystallised demand with interest, not a rescheduled meeting.

It has to survive for years

The computation that justified a position must be findable at appeal, by someone who was not in the room when it was taken.

So TaxEye starts there. A 143(1) intimation, a DRC-01A, a TRACES demand — each is a first-class object with its own timeline, evidence and owner. The practice management wraps around that, not the other way round.

What we believe

Four positions that shape the product

01

The software should chase you

Anything that depends on somebody remembering to log into a portal will fail in the week they are busiest. Reminders escalate, and route upward when a hearing date is still unowned.

02

AI drafts, professionals decide

A first draft saves an evening. It does not take a position and it never files anything. Every draft is marked for review, because that is honestly what it is.

03

Evidence belongs with the notice

Proof stored in a folder tree is proof you will not find at appeal. It lives on the case, with who added it and when.

04

Consent is not a checkbox

Clients grant access to their own data and can take it back. A firm should be able to show exactly who saw what, and when, without reconstructing it from memory.

Who we build for

Three shapes of practice, one underlying object

The same system serves all three, because the notice does not change — only the scale around it does.

Solo practitioners

You are the whole firm. TaxEye is the associate who never forgets a due date and has the first reply drafted before you sit down.

  • Set up in minutes, no IT help
  • Notice inbox and deadline alerts
  • Banded for a 1–25 PAN book

Growing CA & tax firms

Work moves between people. TaxEye makes every file pickup-able by anyone, and shows partners what is genuinely at risk this week.

  • 360° client records and task board
  • Team chat tied to each notice
  • Margin per client and per service

Corporate tax teams

Many entities, many GSTINs, and an audit committee asking questions. TaxEye keeps the whole position defensible.

  • Unlimited entities and GSTINs
  • Role-based access and SSO
  • Full audit trail for every action
The company

Who builds TaxEye

TaxEye is a product of EnterFirst Private Limited, incorporated in India in 2023. We are in early access — onboarding our first firms and shaping the roadmap around what they actually run into rather than what looks good on a feature list.

If you are using it and something is wrong, we would rather hear it now than after launch. The fastest route to us is WhatsApp.
